CHO RONG was Founded in 1990. With 30 years of sufficient experience, who is known as the “Queen of Fashion Uniform”. She made the company became the biggest uniform manufacturer in Taipei. We create high-quality uniforms with truly unique, award-winning looks, and sophisticated brand identities.
Clients of CHO RONG are across Taiwan and the globe. They are diverse and vary – from hospitality and hotels to the bank and financial institution, travel and catering, retail and leisure, airline and public transport sector. Today, CHO RONG is an industry leader that able to support the brand identities across any industry and job role. Our focus is always to deliver excellent value for high-quality corporate clothing and staff uniforms, for companies with 5 staff within Taiwan to large global brands with more than 10,000 staff.
Our clients are spread across multiple industry sectors – such as hotel and hospitality, banks and financial service sectors, airline and airports, rail and train, catering, tourism and leisure, and beauty or boutique, both in Taiwan or across the globe.

2013年於五股工業區成立工廠，發揚M.I.T精神
並為積極培植台灣年輕服裝人才
創辦人廖佳琳在1990年以個人工作室之型態出發，創業初期專注於打理企業界主管個人之服飾設計與造型，由於設計新穎、重視細節、勇於將時尚潮流引進業界，因此在短時間內就迅速累積了知名度。
1993年時卓蓉實業有限公司正式成立，為全球公司行號設計專屬高檔制服。將近30年來，卓蓉制服兢兢業業，由於口碑良好、信譽卓越，並且以善於使用高級進口素材為客戶作獨享專有之制服設計，同時積極搭配流行款式的多元變化而享譽聞名。
2013年為了提升品管品質與服務水準，卓蓉制服展開與一般制服廠商逆向操作的模式。不僅加強MIT的品牌形象在五股工業區成立工廠、發揚台灣精品精神，同時更積極參與政府所推廣的建教合作、為我們的產業培育下一代的人才。
The founder of Cho Rong, Catherine Liao, started the business as a personal studio in 1990. In the beginning, she focused on managing the clothing design and styling for the executives of the corporates. Due to her novel design, attention to detail, and the courage to introduce fashion trends into the industries, she gained popularity in a short period.
In 1993, Cho Rong Industrial Co., Ltd. was formally established. Cho Rong aims to design exclusive high-end uniforms for global companies. For nearly 30 years, Cho Rong has been conscientious and well-known for its excellent reputation and good at using high-grade imported materials to design exclusive uniforms for customers while actively matching the fashion trends.
In 2013, to improve the quality and service, Cho Rong established two factories in Wugu Industrial Zone in New Taipei City. To promote the spirit of Taiwan's high-quality products, Cho Rong has also actively participated in the education promoted by the government to cultivate the next generation of talents for our industry.

創辦人的話
我往往比客人還挑剔，每一次設計、我都告訴自己每一件作品都是我的代表作，當客人穿上我設計的制服時，我要讓每個客人都感受到自身散發的美感與自信。也因此，施華洛世奇的水鑽、義大利金釦、法國蕾絲、歐美進口布料也都是我常使用的元素，給客人最好的是身為一個設計師的良心。
雖非本科系畢業，但是對於服裝充滿了熱情，每天工作12小時以上熱此不疲，心裡所懷抱的夢想是成為一個卓越的服裝設計師。所有的成績單都是靠設計比賽以及口碑相傳累積出來的，憑藉著對服裝的敏感度，往往在與客戶開會、溝通時，一幅幅的設計圖就在腦海中浮現，甚至於午夜夢廻半夜做夢都會夢到客戶的制服款，我相信自己天生註定與服裝結緣一輩子，在2007開始代表台灣參加了世界洋服大賽，多次為台灣拿下了傲人的成績，讓世人藉由服裝看見台灣一直是我的夢想，我做到了！2015年在五股也設立了工廠為培育台灣的年輕人及學生提供了一個實習的機會。2016年甚至相繼為大陸的銀行、百貨業及飯店設計制服，客戶並要求MlT，真是令人引以為傲。
一直到現在，我們依然不忘初衷「要做、就做最好的」。維持著一貫MIT的驕傲與信心，我們即將走過30個年頭歲月。30年彷彿一眨眼 ─ 最專業的設計團隊、最優質的售後服務、以及最有質感的布料，這就是我們 ─ 卓蓉制服。
I am often more fastidious than my clients. I challenge myself that every piece of my design should be a masterpiece. When a client wears the uniform I designed, I want to make them feel the beauty and confidence that they exude. Therefore, Swarovski rhinestones, Italian gold buttons, French lace, and precious fabrics from worldwide are also elements that I often use. The best thing for guests is the conscience of a designer.
Although I did not graduate with a design degree, I am enthusiasm for fashion and work more than 12 hours a day in the fashion world. The dream in my heart is to become an outstanding designer. All my achievements are build up by design competitions and word of mouth. With the sense of fashion, often when meeting and communicating with customers, a design will emerge in my mind. Even in the middle of the night, I would dream of the client's uniforms. I believe that I am destined to be a designer for a lifetime. In 2007, we represented Taiwan in the World Federation of Master Tailor. It's always been my dream and we did it! In 2015, a factory of Cho Rong was also established in Wugu to provide an internship opportunity for cultivating young people and students in Taiwan.
Today, we still remember our original intention of "doing what we want to do, and be the best"- the most professional design team, the best after-sales service, and the most textured fabrics, this is us - Cho Rong Uniforms.
